Stewardship

Being a good steward of your time, talent and testimony  as well as your financial  means  brings Glory to  our great  God…

I thought of you when I read this quote from “The Daily Proverbs: 365 Devotional Sayings on How to Live a Better Life” by R.W. Reese –

““The earnings of the godly enhance their lives, but evil people squander their money on sin.” Proverbs 10:16-17 When we live righteously, we are wise with our money. We don’t waste it on sinful or fleeting pleasures. God has given us money as a stewardship in which to do good things for His Kingdom with. When we invest our money in churches and ministries that are doing God’s work, we are good stewards of the resources that God has entrusted us with. If it’s not a church or ministry you want to put your money in, think about your children or family that needs it.”

Truth

The downfall of  Sodom was not only about sexual  immorality; lack of care for community,  focus on selfish desires  played  a role. The current  Administration   in the United States is  rolling back years of progress in making resources  available  to the under privileged  to give tax breaks to  capalist, that ignore the  mortality and  freedoms of the  common  man in thier pursuit for profits. There is no bankruptcy  safety  net to turn to when you fail at leading  a country. Like can be used to manipulate  perception  to make people look like good business  minded people  when they crash venture  after venture.  Stay mindful

Live in Christ

Blessed day loved ones.. let us die daily to self and surrender to the  holy spirit  that we may give Glory to God 👐🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾

“My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭2‬:‭20‬ ‭NLT‬‬

New Normal

for most of us brain injury  survivors  adjusting to our new normal  can be really  challenging..

Grateful for  this nugget to help me navigate the  path

Sabbath;not pagan Sunday

get caught up instead in the world and in its false teachings and religious beliefs. Perhaps the greatest example of this sad reality has been the introduction of Sunday, the pagan day of the sun, in place of the biblical seventh-day Sabbath, a reality that will play a prominent role in the last days.

Anchors

Jeremiah 29:11 and Romans  8:28 anchor me; no matter what my circumstances are!

True Love

Jesus did not neglect presenting truth for “love’s sake,” because that would not have been love. Love always seeks the best for another. There is no conflict between love and truth.

Truth presented humbly and kindly is a statement of love.

Savior

In direct contrast to the enemy, who grasped for power and sought to usurp God’s throne, Jesus lowered Himself and identified with those under sin, injustice, and oppression (without being infected by sin), and He defeated the enemy by giving Himself in love
