Surrender

What gives you direction in life?

Surrender to the  leading of the  Holy Spirit is  what I have found to be the best compass for my journey  through  life

Birthdays

Two of the  individuals that  ushered me into this world  have birthdays  this month; just 1 day apart,  in years  past, I  often mixed up thier dates. But  now that my maternal grandmother  has been  resting in the  Lord’s  embrace  for a decade and a half. I  finally got the  dates straight  and have allowed my grief  to run it’s  course  so I can  look to my granny birthday  with joyous memories; instead os ceasless tears

Nutritarian

the doctors say i will never be able to reduce the blood thinners  that  cause my bodybto bruise at the slightest  squeeze.  wgod whispered, ” Not So”. I  will update you as I embark on my  journey to  grow  y own contaminants  free foods; move and eat nutrient  dense foods mindfully. And use DBT therapy to get  unicorn(6-8hours of sleep  daily)…

Double duty

To walk in this way there is a duty on the child as well asthe father.the cost of facing negativity  daily  shows up in the bod and stifles healing. When the cost becomes  to great distance  is my way

Ephesians 6:3-4 NLT [3] If you honor your father and mother, “things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the earth.” [4] Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord. https://bible.com/bible/116/eph.6.3-4.NLT

there is so much power in the  state  our people  were in before; savage  Caucasians  got thebidea that we needed  thier oversight…

Original Christian Values & African Traditional Communal Concepts (Ogana)
